ECWA Theological Seminary and ECWA College of Education, Igbaja has graduated 352 students at its 55th graduation ceremony of the Seminary and 18 students at the 2nd graduation of the college.
This was disclosed by the Chairman of the Governing Board, Elder Chief Ayobola Samuel while addressing the congregation in the Chapel of Truth, Igbaja at the weekend.
He said, “we are graduating a total number of three hundred and fifty-two (352) students from different programmes of the seminary and 18 students from the College of Education.”
Ayobola, who charged the graduands to be good ambassador of the institution by striving “always to be a change agent in our decadent society,” announced the promotion of Rev. Dr. A. M. Amodu, Rev. Dr. Stephen Oluwarotimi Baba and Rev. Dr. Tunde Aremu as rewards for hardwork and promotion of excellence.
He also disclosed that a 120 capacity single male hostel named after former provosts of the institution, Rev. Prof. Julius Bamidele Lawal and Rev. Prof. Stephen O. Asonibare was commissioned.
